Customer Success Manager

Mission

The Delivery or CSM person at Flowlity will be join the CSMdepartment, which manages the successful implementation of our solution across all customers. You will ensure every project is deployed on time, on budget—and with delighted customers.

• Serve as a key ambassador of the Flowlity culture and methodology to customers and prospects.
  
  
• Ensure successful project outcomes by managing delivery execution: monitoring deliverables, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
  
  
• Lead multiple customer engagements, overseeing end-to-end implementation of Flowlity’s SaaS Supply Chain Planning solution.
  
  
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor for their supply chain teams.
  
  
• Develop a delivery methodology that drives consistent results, includes clear success metrics, and evolves with customer needs.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program or project delivery, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
  
  
• Deep understanding of the supply chain planning software landscape.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Confident communicator and presenter, able to lead workshops and trainings (remote and on-site).
  
  
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, business contexts, and technical environments.
  
  
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, tenacity, and attention to detail.
  
  
• Passion for startups and a desire to help reinvent supply chain planning through innovative technology.
