Data Engineer

The Mission

Our tech team is responsible for designing, building, and supporting a solution that is intuitive, scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing—while aligning with Flowlity’s long-term vision.

As a Data Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with our developers, operations teams, and customers. Your core focus will be on building and maintaining scalable, distributed data pipelines that power our product—ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and usability.

Key Outcomes

• Drive meaningful impact on customer satisfaction and operational performance by ensuring smooth onboarding and close collaboration throughout implementation.
  
  
• Design and improve platform workflows to address real-world customer challenges and support configuration and rollout.
  
  
• Lead efforts to automate deployment processes, boosting product scalability and maintainability.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Required: SQL, DBT, Python, strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and business-oriented thinking.
  
  
• Nice to have: Azure, Airflow, Postgres, Metabase.
  
  
• 1+ years of relevant post-graduate work experience.
  
  
• Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to translate complex concepts into clear ideas.
  
  
• Comfortable with data modeling, transformation, and analysis.
  
  
• Eagerness to build long-term relationships with B2B clients and co-create impactful solutions with users.
  
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites (flexible based on your preferences).
  
  
• Experience in supply chain management is a plus.
  
  
• Excited to join a startup on a mission to reinvent supply chain planning.
  
  
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
